Welcome to Your 20-Minute Fitness Program!

I’m thrilled to have you here! Over the next 5 weeks, we’ll work together to build strength, endurance, and confidence.

This program is designed with your busy schedule in mind: just 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. No need to spend hours at the gym—consistency is what counts!

Here’s what to expect each week:

•    Upper Body Workouts to build strength and tone.

•    Lower Body Workouts to boost power and stability.

•    Cardio Sessions to get your heart pumping.

•    Bonus: Don’t forget to add the core workouts for an extra challenge!

Some workouts may push you more than others, but stick with it—you’re stronger than you think. Follow the program as outlined, and you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish in just five weeks.

The best part? You can repeat this program as many times as you’d like to keep leveling up your fitness.

This week, get ready to punch, kick, and sweat it out with our Cardio Kickboxing class. It’s the perfect way to release stress while building strength and endurance. Reminder: Stretch before and after your workout to keep your muscles flexible and reduce soreness. Now, let’s crush it! You’ve got this! Week 4: You’re Crushing It! 💪 Can you believe it’s already Week 4? You’re so close to completing this 5-week challenge, and I’m beyond proud of how you’ve shown up, pushing past your limits week after week. Day 1 kicks off with one of my all-time favorites: SIDE CURLS! 💪 We’re also bringing back some Cardio Kickboxing—low impact but guaranteed to get your heart pumping, fire up your upper body, and seriously work that core. BONUS CORE WORKOUTS: Let’s Fire Up That Core! 🔥 I’m excited for you to add these Bonus Core Workouts into your routine!     •    10-Min Core Blast: A quick, intense session to strengthen and tone.     •    15-Min Core with Weights: Incorporates a Pilates-inspired flow using a Barre Ball (let me know if you need one!). Building a strong core and lower back is essential for supporting your entire body—from enhancing stability to improving posture and preventing injury.
