Pai Da Gong Free Body Energy is designed as an easy personal exercise.

This online course takes 60 minutes, without providing the stick (tool), which you can purchase separately.

Pai Da Gong is a thousand-year Chinese martial art as a personal  body conditioning of Qi. Using tapping techniques through meridian pathways, this exercise has been broadly used to warm up the body for other  tough Chinese martial art trainings.  

We started courses in England with 2021 Active Essex Grant for promoting as an easy & effective post-Covid exercise. The special designed magnet tool made by hands was selected as the finalist of UK Health & Wellbeing Awards 2022.

It is very easy to learn and get an immediate result to help circulation, enhance Qi, and boost energy, through an easy & gentle tapping movement. The potential benefits build the word-of-mouth reputation throughout all participants with us. This exercise can be done anywhere once learned with our tool to enhance free body energy. It takes about 30 to 40  minutes to do it properly, or it can be separated into small sessions every day.  The insight is to potentially detox by boosting the flow of circulation.
