I’m thrilled to have you here trying out 2 of the 25 AMAZING 20 Minute workouts that will get your body moving and challenge every fitness level!
Think about the masses who NEED to move their body, who NEED an outlet and are struggling with the stresses of the world. THIS 20 minute workout program will help them MIND & BODY and you will be able to share this with them to help them FEEL & LOOK their best!
When ordering this entire program you will receive a workout program that is laid out in a 5 week sequence, with 5 workouts a week (with BONUS Core workouts when you want to add in a little extra). We’ll work together to build strength, endurance, and confidence.
This program is designed with your busy schedule in mind: just 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. No need to spend hours at the gym—consistency is what counts!
Here’s what to expect each week:
• Upper Body Workouts to build strength and tone.
• Lower Body Workouts to boost power and stability.
• Cardio Sessions to get your heart pumping.
• Bonus: Don’t forget to add the core workouts for an extra challenge!
