Here I've taken inspiration from my mom's favorite candy Mounds to create these Coconut Cookie Balls. These coconut cookies are sure to get your dog's tail wagging. The base of the cookie is a honey and coconut cookie, and then the cookie is dipped in carob and topped with even more unsweetened coconut.
