Here is another addition to the Owl Scout Family. This is a lovely soft Snowy Owl and he's made out of recycled hand knit and felted woollen and cashmere garments. My little man loves owls and I was inspired to make this series by a vintage felted kids jumper i found at a carboot sale which had all these cute scout badges on it. Owls make the perfect woodland scouts.

*hand stitched with sashiko embroidery thread and wool
*each one has a unique vintage scout badge on its wing
*cashmere lining under his wing
*stuffed with a mixture of wool scraps, wool & cotton fleece and polyester stuffing
*knitted beak from some of my own naturally dyed yarn
*size approx 25cm /9.8 inches tall.
