Product Description

This hand cut and hand honed glass piece is wrapped in copper foil with solder overlay for strength and durability. Each piece is not only jewelry but an individual piece of stained glass art. All knotwork is done using uninsulated copper wire overlayed with solder to harden the knot and fix it to the piece.

Due to the textured glass sheeting that I began with, each piece is completely original in color, form and texture. These pieces are also reversible, with one side having a more milky coloring and texture and the other being smooth with the colors being more distinct.

The coloring is actually more subtle than the photo...more of a smoky gray undertone. It's coloring does vary per light source.
