This elegant pendant is a perfect statement piece for any occasion. The warm, autumn colours are a mixture of copper wire, golden wire and rich carnelian beads. The coloured wire I use is plated with a layer of fine silver under the colour to make it more vibrant.

The beautiful marquise shape is softened with a spiral at the top and accented with a single bead dangle. The copper wire is formed into the shape and then hammered to give it a texture and to help it keep its shape.

Carnelian is the birthstone for Leo and has been used to guard against evil and help purify the blood. It is also thought to be beneficial in the treatment of infertility and is worn to enhance passion and desire.

The pendant itself is 2 1/4 inches long and comes on a copper chain with an antique finish. I will make the chain 18 inches unless you let me know otherwise. I am happy to make any length you choose.
