Cranberry Drop Wishing Star Stained or Art Glass Tree or Window Holiday Ornament medium

For the longest time I couldnt resist buying a pane of clear textured glass, intent on using it in some inspired design or another...flash forward 3 years and this wonderful textured glass sat, a layer of dust infused on its surface.
I decided to make myself so holiday ornaments for my window to amuse my niece and nephew, and it was this inspiration that lead me back to my collection of clears.

This glass is embossed with a leaf design; a design that lends itself beautifully to the holiday star ornaments. A lovely cranberry colored swirled glass gem perches in the center to amuse your eye.

Measures 8" long and 8" wide

Soldered together by hand using the Tiffany method (copper foil) wrapped around the edges. A loop is securely soldered to the top from which to hang the star.

I dont recommend using suction cup hangers to support this because his is pretty hefty, and eventually those suction thingies stop suctioning and...CRASH!! No more starfish... Try to suspend in from the curtain rod if possible. Its the safest bet.
